Toronto has been very rainy. And thundery. And lightningy. A few days ago power lines by my house got knocked down and we had no power for 6 hours! The TV scared the hell out of me when it turned itself back on at 3:30 am.
I'm glad that you mom is doing okay after her bout of malaria - that must have sucked!
